Doug Dueck

Premier Pacific president, Doug Dueck, is a visionary. Even in his teens, Doug saw potential in area others wouldn't. Starting with a single combine, he built a company that harvested crops from Oklahoma to Manitoba. In 1990, Doug leveraged that experience and started developing land in BC and Alberta. With decades of innovative thinking behind him, Doug is able to see through challenges a potential property may pose and conceive a community waiting to be created.

Focussing on land acquisition and development, Doug's role is to step back and see the entire picture. He consciously envisions what the buyer will see, and solves the equation of potential positive and negatives of the site. Before acquiring land, he will have a solid and detailed vision for the
property.

The next phase is consulting with engineers, architects and city planners to acquire the necessary permits and zoning for the land. Budgets are outlined with a distinct focus on quality and affordable pricing. Though Doug will stay involved during the design process, the vital tasks of financing and coordinating the marketing are accomplished with impeccable ethics and integrity
